RDMP (Refinery Development Master Plan) Balikpapan JO adalah perusahaan Join Operation Directorate yang terdiri dari Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co.Ltd, SK Engineering Co.Ltd, PT Rekayasa Industri dan PT Pembangunan Perumahan. RDMP Balikpapan JO bermitra dengan masyarakat sekitar proyek, terutama area terdampak yang ditetapkan di dokumen Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) milik Pertamina Refinery Unit V. Disamping juga dorongan Pertamina kepada kontraktornya untuk memperhatikan masyarakat di sekitar proyek,” ujar Prisca Christina, Comunity Development & Security Manager.
RDMP JO Balikpapan adalah proyek peningkatan kapasitas pengolahan Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan. Proyek ini merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan.
Lowongan Kerja RDMP JO Balikpapan
Saat ini RDMP JO Balikpapan kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan akan mencari kandidat yang terbaik sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan yang cocok untuk posisi yang akan di tempatkan.
Posisi:
1. QC E&I Inspector
Responsibilities :
- Verification and inspection E&I work
- Coordination with owner and subcontractor for inspection activities
- Monitoring quality activities of E&I work
- Material inspection for E&I construction work
Requirements :
- Majoring in related engineering background
- Experienced as QC E&I Inspector in EPC/Construction/Oil & Gas/Power Plant project
- Certified CompEx or equivalent
2. QA Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving project quality assurance activities
- Preparing Puch Management, MC Dossier, and Final Dossier
- Implementation of project quality audit for JO & subcontractors
- Coordinating with IPMT and subcontractors for quality issues
Requirements :
- Majoring in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- Experienced as QA Engineer in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
- Certified ISO 9001:2015
3. Instrument Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate activities of instrument technician and other team member.
- Supervise instrument test such as SAT, Loop Test, Funcion test.
- Supervise instalation, calibration, and commissioning of Instrument equipment
- Coordinating with IPMT and subcontractors for quality issues.
Requirements :
- Majoring in related engineering background
- Familiar in instrument drawing such as P&ID, ILD, Datasheet, Etc
- Familiar in versamax, wonderware, C/C++, AutoCAD, etc
4. E&I Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Coordinated multidisciplinary construction activities to align with mechanical completion schedules
- Managed Inspection Test Records (ITRs) by developing schedules and leading walkdowns
- Oversaw punch list resolution and collaborated closely with construction and QC teams to ensure system completion
Requirements :
- Majoring in related engineering background
- Advanced level in Microsoft office, PnlD, and Isometric Drawing
- Experienced at least 5 Years as E&l Engineer in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
5. Commissioning Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Managed daily plant operations and pre-commissioning activities, including work permits, spool fabrication, line cleaning, and system flushing
- Oversaw steam blowing for high-capacity boilers
- Developed operation manuals, defined system boundaries for start-up and handover
- Lead defect resolution through punch list management and technical reporting
Requirements :
- Majoring in related engineering background
- Preferrably have knowledge about Steam turbin, Steam blowing, and Boiler
- Have experience with testing procedures; loop checks, function tests, motor solo run, and system organization.
- Hands-on experience with pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities
6. DCS Operator
Responsibilities :
- Operating and maintaining facilities in both control room and field environments
- Ensuring safe and efficient power and water production
- Compliance with environmental and contractual standards
- Performing process control and troubleshooting to optimize performance
- Operate assigned plant/process systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS)
Requirements :
- Experienced at least 5 Years as DCS Operator in EPC /
- Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
- Preferably resides in Balikpapan / Kalimantan area
7. Field Operator
Responsibilities :
- Visit and work at various well sites, sand mines, and transloading facilities
- Operate wellsite proppant storage systems efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper delivery and setup of mix blender equipment
- Unload hauling trailers as part of the material handling process
- Perform hands-on operation and basic maintenance of all related equipment
Requirements :
- Experienced at least 5 Years as DCS Operator in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
- Preferably resides in Balikpapan / Kalimantan area
8. Millwright
Responsibilities :
- Handle periodic task (daily, weekly, monthly) of mechanical items preservations
- Work with helper according to supervisor’s instruction
- Check the rotating machinery especially; grease injection, and lubricant injection
- Flange nozzle protection and surface check for all mechanical items
Requirements :
- Experienced at least 5 Years as DCS Operator in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
- Preferably resides in Balikpapan/ Kalimantan area
9. HSE Superintendent
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the effective implementation of all HSE procedures and activities at the project site
- Coordinate incident investigations, promote compliance with HSE regulations
- Collaborate with other disciplines to supervise, identify, and control workplace risks and hazards
Requirements :
- Majoring in related engineering background
- Experienced at least 3 Years in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Power Plant project
- Certified AK31J by BNSP / Kemnaker and SMK3
10. Instrument Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate activities of instrument technician and other team member.
- Supervise instrument test such as SAT, Loop Test, Funcion test.
- Supervise instalation, calibration, and commissioning of Instrument equipment
- Coordinating with IPMT and subcontractors for quality issues.
Requirements :
- Familiar in instrument drawing such as P&ID, ILD, Datasheet, Etc

- Fluent in English, Balikpapan residents preferred
11. Electrical Instrument Engineer
Responsibilities :
- Expediting construction team of all discipline for following system completion sequence of completion subsystem Mechanical Completion
- Monitoring and control all ITR Completeness
- Develop details schedule of ITR completion based on System Completion sequence
- Manage, participate, invite all Mechanical Completion Walkdon on each subsystem
- Monitor, control, expedite and scheduled all of puch list by coordinating with construction team
- Actively support QC Team for developing
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree of any Engineering background
- Have min. 5 years experiences in similar field
- Advanced level in Microsoft office, PnID, and Isometric Drawing
12. HSE Officer
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to implement of HSE plan
- Generate documentation work for HSE matters
- Assist area HSE SI and HSE Chief to implement and report of contractor management system
Requirements :
- Male
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Has AK3U
- Fluent in English
