1. Slickline Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all slickline units, cranes, equipment, and workshop tools are operating efficiently, safely, and have valid certifications.

• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Maintain smooth facility operations by minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

• Manage maintenance records, cost controls, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

• Supervise spare parts inventory and place orders as needed.

• Maintain and organize all equipment data sheets and maintenance manuals.

• Update and follow up on the maintenance system, covering periodic and corrective maintenance, annual surveys, and measurement inspections.

• Ensure timely renewal and tracking of certifications for all slickline units and equipment.

• Maintain maintenance system efficiency above 80%.

• Lead the slickline tool dresser and equipment pressure test foreman.

• Ensure regular inspection of the pressure test bay.

• Prepare slickline units and equipment for the client's annual inspection, ensuring 100% compliance and passing rate.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in slickline equipment maintenance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.

• Proven ability to coordinate and lead maintenance teams effectively.

2. Slickline Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a slickline crew to deliver a full range of slickline services across various KOC areas.

• Execute slickline operations safely and professionally, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Foster positive customer relations and ensure client satisfaction at the wellsite.

• Review job design and ensure all required equipment and procedures are in place.

• Verify readiness and accuracy of units, pressure control equipment (PCE), andd ownhole tools.

• Apply technical knowledge to resolve on-site challenges and coordinate with the HSE team when needed.

• Conduct emergency maintenance on equipment when necessary.

• Oversee pre- and post-job activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Coordinate with third parties to avoid operational conflicts during job execution.

• Mentor and support slickline operators and assistants.

• Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all HSE regulations.

• Lead and document HSE activities, including risk assessments and safety meetings.

• Complete all job-related paperwork and participate in post-job reviews.

• Actively contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or Diploma/High School certificate with 10 years of experience.

• At least 10 years of total experience, including 5 years as a Slickline Supervisor.

• Capable of independently executing all types of slickline jobs, including complex fishing operations.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
