Tambang di kawasan mineral Grasberg, Papua - Indonesia merupakan salah satu deposit tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia. Kami saat ini menambang pada fase akhir tambang terbuka Grasberg. Kami tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. Secara total, semua tambang bawah tanah ini diharapkan menghasilkan tembaga dan emas skala besar sehubungan dengan peralihan dari tambang terbuka Grasberg.

Posisi:

1. Central Services - Superintendent Architectural

Basic Function:

Plan, organize, and control architectural group efficiently and effectively in providing excellent architectural engineering design services, including draft/sketch, schedule, AFE, manual, and detail design preparation, cost calculation and estimation, and material procurement for all jobsite area, in order to ensure the achievement of the customers' needs and requirements within the budget and time frame according to company's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Education background, and work experience to succeed in this job roles are:

Education

S1 Architectural Engineering and Professional Management Project (PMP) and or S2 Management Business Administration

Experience in Project and Architectural Design Engineering more than 12 years. Preferable in Mining and or Oil Company

Financial

Manage multi discipline project value $200 million per year; Management of Change (AFE cost estimation level 4, Supplement AFE, and Projects Change Notice) to achieve project cost under run.

2. Management Information System - Senior Engineer, Data Center Infra. Ops. #2


Basic Function :

Manage and control all Mining Operations-related applications and services within Jobsite, ensuring their availability, performance, and reliability in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements and Company policy.

Job Responsibility :

  1. Conduct testing and benchmarking of any new hardware, software and operating system that will be used by department/company in order to get the information on the capability of the new IT.
  2. Provide analytical report and guide line/manual of the IT analyzed that will be used by technician in order to give the accurate and immediate solution relating to the problem on the field.
  3. Maintain and update the central server application, AutoCAD, NT windows on site to ensure the application running well.
  4. Enforce and control safety implementation in the work environment to minimize accident/damage.
  5. Develop communication with department user to eliminate hard ware, soft ware and operating system problem to supportdepartment productivity.
  6. Actively checking and update IT or new technology in order to ensure the existing hardware, software or application compatible with the IT.
  7. Responsible to maintain the MIS server installation and Anti Virus to ensure its reliability and to support the technician in repairing the application problem.
  8. Responsible for designing and implement tools to support PC Support teams in order to quickly and cost effectively manage large number of desktops on site.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Provide accurate information, justification, and manual on IT in order to avoid cost consuming of the hardware, software, and application and to ensure their reliability.
  • Proactive on computer manufacture and device and to ensure the existing company hardware, software and application compatible to the IT.
  • Provide accurate justification, analytical and documentation on IT used by company in order to get the maximum capability of hardware, software, and operating system used in the company and for more cost effective solutions.
  • Maintain the department server in order to reach the standThe key challenges in this position include:
    • Project management and management of delivery of complex systems on schedule.
    • Manage and control a diverse network of complex systems/components with limited resources, manpower and software tools.
    • Correspond and work with users in evaluating business requirements for allocation of expensive systems resources.
    • Develop and manage all subordinates fairly and professionally, particularly subordinates from multiple backgrounds (i.e., various ethnicities, religions and races) to their full potential.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job area:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • S1/Bachelor Degree in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with strong server management expertise in an environment where supporting critical production servers in a major part of the role.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, UNIX Server Operating Systems Management methodologies, Systems Hardware management.
  • Certification: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.

  • Advanced computer literacy.

3. Smelter Operation Readiness - Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

The purpose of this position:

Analyzing and optimizing the supply chain and logistics operations of inbound & outbound (rotables & returns) of maintenance and operating suppliers. Work towards improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing transportation and lead time. This involves collecting and analyzing data, forecasting demand, planning logistics operations, assessing risks, managing suppliers and vendors, and driving continuous improvements as directed by Manager, Global Supply Chain, Manyar Smelter and Gen. Supt, Shipping & Offsite Exim, Jakarta.

By ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of materials and products, this position plays a crucial role in optimizing the company's offsite logistics, supply chain and enhancing overall operational performance.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  1. Analyze logistics data, generate reports, and present findings that support decision-making and process improvement by doing relevant data extraction from various sources, conduct in-depth analysis, and identify patterns, trends, and insights to optimize logistics processes and decision-making and elaborate all important data into reports or dashboards; this includes to ensure that the reports or dashboards visually represent complex logistics data using graphs, charts, and insights, making it easier for stakeholders to comprehend and interpret the information effectively.
  2. Monitor aging in-transit inventory in SAP and ensure that those items are properly transacted in SAP to keep track and resolve potentially lost in transit items in the system.
  3. Working closely with the Global Supply Chain Manager, Manyar Smelter and Gen. Supt, Shipping & Offsite Exim, Jakarta to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, such as transportation, offsite consolidation process by 3PLs, and documentation flow, and jointly developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; this also to develop and maintain monitoring of transporters, carriers and 3PLs performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  4. Provide data-driven recommendations and action plans based on insights obtained from data analysis, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall logistics performance, then present these recommendations to management and gain their support for implementation.
  5. Provide evaluation for offsite export-import processes, identify bottlenecks and potential incompliance. Jointly recommend improvements that streamline customs clearance, documentation, and compliance procedures; This need incollaboration with Manager, Global Supply Chain, Manyar Smelter and Gen. Supt, Shipping & Offsite Exim, Jakarta.
  6. Perform validation process of freight invoices and ensuring freight forwarders are paid timely.

The key challenges in this position:

  1. Ensuring data quality and accuracy to provide meaningful insights for logistics operation. This includes to deal with a large volume of data from multiple sources and integrating it into a single system for the analysis. The logistics analyst also needs to work with the Senior Logistic analysts to provide report and insights in timely manner.
  2. Managing data security, privacy and confidentiality to protect companys intellectual property, secrets and other proprietary information. Need to avoid unauthorized access or exposure to the company information that can lead to financial losess, loss of competitive advantage, and reputational damage.
  3. Identifying and developing appropriate and easy-to-understand data visualization to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively. This also involves the development of predictive models to forecast demand and optimize logistics operation. Managing stakeholders expectations and requirements around the use of data analysis end ensure they are aware of its potential benefits and limitations. The logistics analyst also need to ensure data-driven decision making is balanced with the insights and knowledge gained through experience.
  4. Maintain knowledge with the latest regulations, policies, procedures and identify gaps related to the company logistics operation to ensure compliance with all related laws and regulations. He/she must have a thorough understanding of the relevant laws and regulations and work closely with his/her supervisor to ensure that logistics operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  5. Identify changes effectively, including addressing resistance to change, managing cultural differences, addressing technical challenges, managing resource constraints, providing training and development, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  6. Integrating and balancing new digital technologies and solutions into logistic operation to improve speed, efficiency and reduce cost while maintaining safety and quality standards. This includes to ensure all solution meet with budgetary constraint and reasonable cost-benefit analysis.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Maritime or Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent with at least 3 years working experience in similarly relevant field. 
  2. Experience with data analysis and the use of logistics-related software, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems ie SAP, S4/Hana, Ellipse, etc.
