ARTIFICIAL LIFT SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily artificial lift operations in assigned areas.
• Ensure proper installation, start-up, and operation of artificial lift systems including Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs), Rod Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCPs), Gas Lift Systems, and others.
• Monitor well performance and artificial lift system efficiency; recommend and implement optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service companies to ensure timely execution of jobs and delivery of equipment.
• Review artificial lift failure reports and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate records of lift equipment inventory, service history, and performance metrics.
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations on all artificial lift-related activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel and junior technicians.
• Participate in planning and budgeting for artificial lift operations and improvements.
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical certification or associate degree in petroleum, mechanical, or electrical disciplines (preferred)
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in oilfield operations, with at least 2 years in artificial lift systems.
• Strong knowledge of multiple lift methods including ESPs, rod lifts, gas lifts, and PCPs.
Skills:
• Solid understanding of well production systems and lift optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze well performance data and troubleshoot lift failures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using production software
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
